Welcome to the La Vista Public Libraries Summer Reading Programs.
The library offers many fun and creative activities for children and teens.
Summer Reading Program is for children grades preschool through 6th grade. Kick-off for the Summer Reading Program is June 4th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Teen Summer Reading Club is for teens grades 6th through 12th grade. Kick-off for the Teen Reading Club is June 6th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Now is the time to register your younger children for the many different storytimes the library offers.
Preschool Storytime is for children 3 - 5 years of age. Preschool Storytime is offered several times during the week and your child can sign up for the day of your choice. Monday - Tuesday - Thursday or Friday from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m.
Toddler Storytime is for children 18 months - 36 months of age. This storytime is designed to have both a child and an adult caregiver in attendance. Great opportunitity to share a special time with your little one. Toddler Storytime is offered several times during the week and your child can sign up for the day of your choice. Monday - Tuesday or Friday from 10:10 - 10:30 a.m.
Lapsit Storytime is for children 6 months - 18 months. This storytime is designed to have both a child and an adult caregiver in attendance. Lapsit is offered on Thursday mornings from 10:10 - 10:30 a.m.
